I am an Associate Professor in Economics at the University of Tampa.

I received my PhD in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia in 2015. My work surrounds issues related to U.S. defense policy and militarism.

My most recent book, How To Run Wars: A Confidential Playbook for the National Security Elite was published by the Independent Institute in 2024.
